How to return an order?
To request a return, or if you otherwise require assistance, please contact our Customer Service Department. After we receive the returned order, our Quality Assurance department will inspect and verify the condition of the item. Once inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed.
What is your return policy, and who pays for return shipping?
At Bocos Jewelry, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
- Restocking Fee: $0 (No Restocking Fee). We do NOT charge any restocking or handling fees for valid returns.
- Return Shipping Costs:Standard Returns (change of mind, wrong size chosen, etc.): The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Bocos Jewelry covers 100% of the return shipping costs (or provides a pre-paid shipping label).
Note: Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and certificates. Custom/engraved pieces and earrings are final sale unless defective. Please contact support@bocosjewelry.com to receive a Return Authorization (RMA) before shipping any item back.
If I receive a wrong/damaged/defective item, what should I do?
Submit a ticket with picture(s) of the wrong/damaged/defective item as well as your order NO. so that we can solve your problem as soon as possible
