At BocosJewelry, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in new condition.
  • The item is returned with all original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories (including the gift box).
  • The item shows no signs of damage, alteration, or wear.

Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage:

  • Earrings and piercing jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized, engraved, or made-to-order items
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note:

  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund processing times depend on your payment provider and may take several business days.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer either:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund

Please provide clear photos or videos to help us assess the issue efficiently.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If an order is refused by the customer or returned due to incorrect address information, failure to pay customs duties, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, the following applies:

  • Return shipping fees and any related costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • Shipping fees and customs charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
