1.      We are committed to delivering your order on time. However, delays caused by severe weather, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Our estimated delivery time does not include the time required for international orders to be released by local customs.  

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation.

Please note that an adult signature is required for all deliveries at the shipping destination.

When Will I Receive My Order?

All customized items are typically shipped within 2 to 3 weeks after the order date.  

How Do I Shop for a Destination Outside the U.S.? 


Select the destination country/region for your order, which will change the currency in which we display prices. When you proceed to checkout, you will see your local payment methods. You can also choose to change the language during checkout.  

What Currency Do You Use?

When you select your shipping country/region, we will display and accept payment in your local currency. At checkout, you will be charged in the currency you selected.  

Bocosjewelry is not responsible for any currency exchange fees charged by your bank.  

How Do I Track My International Order?

Can I Ship to a P.O. Box?


We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.  

Duties and Taxes


Are Duties and Taxes Included in My Order Total?

No. Duties, taxes, and any applicable customs fees are not included in the order total at checkout.  

These fees are determined by the customs authorities of your shipping destination and must be paid directly by the customer upon the package's arrival in your country.  

How Are Duties and Taxes Handled?

Duties, taxes, and related fees depend on the laws and regulations of your country. Once your order arrives in the destination country/region, your local courier or customs office will contact you to request payment of any applicable fees. Delivery will proceed once payment is completed.  

Please note:  

- We do not collect or remit duties and taxes on your behalf.  
- If you choose to refuse delivery due to customs fees, return shipping costs and any related fees will be deducted from your refund.  
- These fees typically include import duties, local sales taxes, and handling fees determined by your country's customs authorities.
