We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. However, delays caused by severe weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or incorrect shipping addresses are beyond our control.

Estimated delivery times do not include delays caused by local customs clearance for international orders.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

  • Most in-stock orders are shipped within 1 week of purchase.
  • After shipment, delivery typically takes 10–15 business days.
  • Customized or engraved items are usually shipped within 2–3 weeks after the order date.

Please note that an adult signature is required for all deliveries at the shipping destination.

International Shipping

Shopping Outside the United States

To place an international order, select your destination country or region. Prices will be displayed in your local currency, and available payment methods will be shown during checkout. You may also change the checkout language if available.


Currency

When you select your shipping destination, prices will be displayed and charged in the selected local currency. BocosJewelry is not responsible for any currency exchange fees charged by your bank or payment provider.


Order Tracking

You can track your international order by clicking the tracking link provided in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email.


P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.


Duties and Taxes

Are Duties and Taxes Included?

No. Duties, taxes, and any applicable customs fees are not included in your order total at checkout.

These charges are determined by the customs authorities of your destination country and must be paid directly by the customer upon delivery.


How Duties and Taxes Are Handled

Once your order arrives in the destination country or region, your local courier or customs office will contact you to collect any applicable duties, taxes, or fees. Delivery will proceed after payment is completed.

Please note:

  • We do not collect or remit duties and taxes on your behalf.
  • If you refuse delivery due to customs fees, return shipping costs and related fees will be deducted from your refund.
  • Customs fees may include import duties, local taxes, and handling fees imposed by local authorities.
