Welcome to BocosJewelry (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Website is operated by BocosJewelry and primarily sells moissanite jewelry and 925 sterling silver accessories.

Moissanite: We guarantee that all moissanite sold on this Website is high-quality, lab-created moissanite and not natural diamonds. We strive to provide accurate information regarding color, clarity, cut, and carat weight in our product descriptions. Please note that moissanite may exhibit more fire (brilliance) than diamonds due to its high refractive index.
Metal Material: We guarantee that the primary metal used in our jewelry is 925 sterling silver (92.5% pure silver alloy). Some products may feature additional plating (such as rhodium plating or 18K gold plating), which will be clearly stated in the product description. Plating may naturally wear over time and is not considered a product defect.
Product Display: We make every effort to display products accurately through photographs and descriptions. However, due to variations in monitor settings, lighting, and photography, the actual product may have slight color differences. Such variations do not constitute a product defect.
Pricing: All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, excluding taxes and shipping fees.
3. Orders and Payment
Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s). Acceptance of your order and formation of the sales contract occur when the product(s) are shipped.
Inventory Errors: In the event of an inventory error or product unavailability, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards through third-party payment processors, including but not limited to Shopify Payments and PayPal. You represent and warrant that the payment information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Areas: We primarily ship within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories. International orders may require special handling. Please contact us for further information.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days. Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method. All delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
Duties and Taxes: For U.S. orders, applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected as required by law. For international orders, all customs duties, taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Return and Exchange Policy
Return Window: We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for unworn items in new and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, tags, and certificates included.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, piercing jewelry, and customized or engraved items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@bocosjewelry.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.
Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Refund processing time depends on your payment provider.
Defective Products: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or a product that significantly differs from its description, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and data, is the property of BocosJewelry or its content suppliers and is protected by Chinese and international intellectual property laws.
