1. Order Placement

  • Customer places an order through our official website.

  • An order confirmation email is automatically sent to the customer, including order details and payment receipt.

2. Payment Verification

  • Payment is securely processed through PayPal or credit card.

  • Orders are only released for fulfillment after successful payment verification.

3. Order Review & Quality Check

  • Our team reviews the order details (product type, size, engraving requests if any).

  • Products are inspected to ensure they meet quality standards (925 sterling silver hallmarks, moissanite grading, plating finish).

4. Packaging

  • Each piece of jewelry is polished and carefully packaged in our branded jewelry box.

  • Protective materials (anti-tarnish bag, bubble wrap, shipping box) are used to ensure safe delivery.

5. Shipping & Tracking

  • Orders are handed over to our logistics partner within 1–3 business days.

  • Customers receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • U.S. orders over $199 receive free standard shipping.

6. Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • U.S. orders: 10-15 business days

  • Customers can track their package in real-time via the tracking link.

7. Returns & Exchanges
